—I’d rather listen to Street Legal (1978) than Blood On The Tracks (1975), which folks really love, but doesn’t have the mastery of great Dylan -

Never heard of this guy, but I found his opinion quite interesting. A good bad Dylan album vs. a bad good Dylan album...that's an interesting concept. And he does have a point when he says that there are quite a few really bad lines on Shot of Love...

There are quite a few good bad Dylan albums.

Not sure there are any bad good ones. If I had to nominate one, it would probably be TOOM.
