Expecting Rain

Hello,

I'm trying to create a playlist of all official Dylan live recordings in chronological order and wondered if anyone had a list already, rather than trawling through the excellent http://www.bjorner.com website?

For instance, there are:

- well known Dylan live releases (e.g. his own live albums)
- less well known Dylan live releases on CD-singles and the like (e.g. A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall on the UK Dignity CD-single)
- well known live releases on others live albums (e.g. Concert for Bangle Desh)
- less well known others albums (e.g. Mike Bloomfield's box set)

Any help would be most appreciated.
