Is there a recording of Susan Rotolo's voice or video?
There are images on youtube that look like frames from filmed interviews or public speaking.
Apparently she taught school, lectured and so on so there should be more than just still images.

I never did catch up with her website. Her content is gone now but not the address. You can go to it and a sex education site pops up.

I'm about to start reading her autobiography and I want to know what kind of voice she had and see how she moved before I do.

Yes, there's interview footage of her.

NO DIRECTION HOME, of course.
But is there any other recording of her outside the context of Dylan?

She was with Bob on a 1963 WBAI/Bob Fass broadcast.

Now that I think about, I have this recording somewhere but can't recall the content at all.

I saw her when she showed up for a Dylan 'panel' discussion at Experience Music Project in Seattle, upon the occasion of the release of Scorsese's doc. She talked and moved like a normal person would. She resembled her younger self, but if you passed her on the street without knowing who she was, it's doubtful you'd have put it together. Only footage of her I know of is in Scorsese's doc. For many years she sought to distance herself from the Dylan association, and pursue her own aims. Only late in life did she write that book and speak out a bit about her time with Dylan. At the talk I attended in Seattle she was polite but still somewhat reticent.

I seem to recall hearing her interviewed on BBC Radio 4's "Woman's Hour" programme, around about the time her book came out. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to to be available in any of the BBC audio archives.

They take calls much like the 1966 one.

She talks a little. Quiet voice.
