It sounds like this is rumored to be a studio only release, so I am wondering how the Scorsese documentary and live RTR fit into this, if at all.

"The Complete Blood On The Tracks Sessions" will do nicely, thank you.

But it seems unlikely this will all get released in the fall?

I just don't see this at all. Collectors and critics expect some trite title that repeats the word "More" like some cheap ad for a carpet store on local TV?

The title reflects critics' and collectors' desire for more blood (more sensational stuff to write about) and more tracks (more releases).

Thanks for summing up my feelings, Pat. I must say, the whole
“More Blood” title and description sounds like send-up BS to me,
notwithstanding reports that Paul@superdeluxe has been occasionally
reliable in the past.
From numerous reports, the Scorsese RT doc is central to Boot14.

Sadly, I don't think it does. It minimally pushes the Scorsese documentary to next year when they'll possibly release the RTR Bootleg Set.

Of course, by splitting them into two releases, they miss the chance of the "Blood and Thunder" title...

I presume the Scorsese doc is coming out with Chronicles volume 2...

Over on the Hoffman forum DeeThomaz posted the following:

Over on Twitter, @abienen observed:

“Eons ago, Paul Nelson wrote about Neil Young's "ZUMA" in Rolling Stone, and described the album as being like "BLOOD ON THE TRACKS but with more blood and more tracks."
Andy Bienen on Twitter

Could this title be a tongue-in-cheek reference to that review? Paul Nelson was definitely on Dylan's radar. Sort of like if instead of Another Self Portrait, they had titled BS10 That's What This **** Is.

I hope the version of Lilly Rosemary that done the rounds a few months ago reappears, that was a fantastic version. I genuinely would pay just to hear that again, it was taken down before I had a chance to download it.

Woah I missed that too. Something previously unheard... not the Jerry Maguire take?

It appeared on yt for a few hours it was guy sitting on a couch and in the background with a version most probably a rehearsal for RTR of bob and joan baez playing it. There was a little over a verse or 2 but it did sound amazing. When i seen it was online i sneaked away from my desk at work to listen to it, my intention was download it later that night, by the time i got home it has been taken down. The video was shared on every bob fb page as well. I do think the person that posted it got into a bit of trouble as they messaged everyone who shared it to take it down.

Since most, if not all of Dylan's (recent) album titles are quotes, I am pretty sure that the rumored title of BS 14 "More Blood, More Tracks" (if true) is quoting the Paul Nelson review of "Zuma".

Maybe it will be a retrospective of his 1974-1979 albums called "Waves on the Desire-Street Slow Train"?

Yes.
Think of all of the cheesy titles for RoIO bootlegs. Now consider the titles for Bob's last few official bootlegs:
Another Self Portrait
The Basement Tapes Raw
The Cutting Edge
Trouble No More

All seem to be off-the-cuff and hardly aspire to any sort of larger meaning other than the obvious.
"More Blood, More Tracks"
Sounds about right to me.

So if there's different versions of the release, maybe the complete set will be More Blood, More Tracks while the 2CD release is Slightly More Blood, Slightly More Tracks

I wish we'd get a tracklist rumour soon, or even an announcement.
I feel this is going to be an epic BS release, sort of a holy grail imo.
Really, really looking forward to it.
