I went to pick this up yesterday and it has been delayed here in Canada
Anyone else have the same difficulty?

Happy Halloween

They're out over here, but will be in a different format. They're not selling because the whole thing was on TV last week (and frankly a bit disappointing!)

I got it last night and was spellbound watching it. Great quality, great sound.
It was truly amazing to see how Bob changed in 3 years at Newport. It makes me love him even more.
If yer a Bob fan..........GIT IT!

Can you get this in US stores now?

I have obviously been living underground for awhile. . .I missed this altogether.

I bought it yesterday when I got the I'm Not There Soundtrack. The soundtrack is awesome, but I haven't had the chance to give the other side of the mirror a watch yet.

Edit: I live in the US, so yes you can buy it.

I got it yesterday too. The filming is remarkably good. It's worthwhile owning for most fans, I'd say.

I love it but, I don't get why they cut some songs short.

It was pretty good.

It is funny when Bob and Joan are doing "It Ain't Me, Babe" and Bob is laughing and looking at her thinking "why isn't she getting the message?"

That was an odd moment. I'm not sure that's what Dylan was thinking, but there was something going on. Joan was soet of laughing too at some points.

Did anybody watch the documentary with the film maker, Murray Lerner? He talks about how much Dylan had changed by '65. He was supposedly walking around town cracking a bullwhip while Joan was following him.

Watching this dvd tonight, it's been a while. Very nice compilation of great performances.
I especially love when Bob is singing with Joan, their chemistry is beautiful to watch.

Yeah - I really love it too. Incredible to watch the transformation and the speed of it!
Is "Festival" worth seeking out too? I'm only really interested in the Bob-related stuff.

Depends on what you mean by "Bob-related". I think all the clips of Bob from "Festival" are included in "The Other Side of the Mirror," so if you only want to see him, you're good. But "Festival" has a fantastic variety of stuff in it from Bob's contemporaries. The Staples, Cash, Joan Baez, etc. I love it.
