Hi -- I am trying to complete my set of "Telegraph" magazines, and am missing two issues (#12 and #13). I have extra copies of other early issues, and would like to post a message to see if I can work out a trade. Is that acceptable on ER? Don't want to do anything untoward!

I think it would be okay for you to post your request for issues #12 & #13 of Telegraph in General Discussion. Please title the thread something like Searching for Telegraphs #12 & #13 and leave the mechanics of any trade you are considering for the body of your post. Good luck in finding the issues you are looking for!
