This is absolutley true.
i wish i was joking.
i still do not have tickets.
300 level seats for 99$ sold out instantly.
only seats i could have bought were as described. highest at $2000.

This was for the New Orleans show.
I told my friend to try stubhub...
there seem to be a few reasonably priced tickets there.
Reissued crappy ones.

Yes, the ticket prices for Paul McCartney's Phoenix show, in the Suns' basketball arena, are absolutely shocking, starting at around $100..

Not only the tickets get more expensive. Ticketmasters fee for the Beacon is 30 dollars, per ticket!

Tickets for Macca's UK tour start at £140. I'd only pay that for a Beatle. (Or Bob for a great seat in a great venue.)

Put on a dress
Slap some make up on
Pretend to be an Italian bint
Hold up a cardboard sign asking for a free miracle ticket to get in.
Sorted!

I lost interest after the Sinatra covers albums.
That ain't my bag, baby.

Are the shows that good now to warrant these prices?
I've not listened to any new shows for the previous couple of years, is there anything considered a standout I should give a whirl?

Hey Song!
Welcome back...understood.
Check these quickies out.
Henry graciously put together some
tasty links from the last few shows
over in the Phoenix Live Set thread,
repeated here for your convenience.
See what you think.

Let’s see what he opens the Tour with tonight.
