Bloomfield, Michael
First met Dylan in Chicago in April 1963. The lead guitarist on the Highway 61 Revisited album and at the 1965 Newport Festival appearance, he subsequently jammed with Dylan prior to the Blood On The Tracks sessions and made a guest appearance at a November 1980 show, his final live performance. He dies in February 1981.
