Our next aluminum platter is hard to pin down, titlewise. Let's just
say it's the first one to have 3 titles in one......

"HARD TO FIND VOL 3" or
"EVEN HARDER TO FIND" or
"LOST RECORDINGS 1962-86" 1CD (Effective Mining) Compilation of rare
singles, B-Sides, promos, sampler tracks, EPs, tributes and 1 box set
   Tracks: 21 Time: 79+ Sources: Official releases/TV/Movie
   Quality: Outstanding throughout
No need to attempt a "review" other than to say that this is the true
successor to "Hard To Find," gathering most, if not all, of the
"hard to find" official releases (plus a few TV/movie trax) not included
on that first volume (Volume 2 was a poor sequel). Quality is excellent
throughout, the producers obviously utilizing the source material to
copy from. Not a bummer among the 21:
Mixed Up Confusion - "Masterpieces" version
Corrina Corrina - 1962 b-side
With God On Our Side - Newport '63 w/Joan
Blowin' in the Wind - Newport '63 evening
Troubled & I Don't Know Why - Forest Hills '63 (from Baez box set)
Mama You Been - NYC 10/31/64 (from Baez box)
Tom Thumb's Blues - B-side 1966
I Ain't Got No Home
Dear Mrs. Roosevelt
Grand Coulee Dam - all 3 above 1968 w/Band from Woody G. Benefit Album
George Jackson - big band version (b-side) 1971
Spanish Is The Loving Tongue - B-side 1971
You Ain't Going Nowhere - 1971 w/Happy Traum (have'nt compared this to
Greatest Hits vol 2 but it sounds different). Comments??
Never Let Me Go - Ren & Clara promo EP
Blowin' In The Wind - Fort Worth '76 w/Joan (says it's from her box set)
Trouble In Mind - 1979 b-side
Let It Be Me - 1981 b-side (first time on CD!!)
Angel Flying Too Close To The Ground - 1983 b-side
Jokerman - Letterman 1984
I Shall Be Released - 1986 MLK Benefit from Kennedy Center in DC -
great version w/ many different lyrics
A Couple More Years - from "Hearts of Fire" movie
