EDLIS Parties & Gatherings consists of Dylan fans from all over the 'Net (and the world!) who are interested in meeting other fans before & after concerts. A few Dylan fans have volunteered to serve as contacts to help people attending the same shows to get in touch with one another. However, those attending the concerts are responsible for planning the gatherings... choosing the places to meet, deciding upon meeting times, and providing directions to the meeting places.
