phasme/Odradek, I visited your site. Trés bien. Mais, I have a question. The photo thread is titled "Kinky Bob." I was wondering WHY it is named that. What does the word "kinky" mean en Francais? In English, it is a word of a sexual nature, as in someone who has odd or strange sexual tastes. So I was thinking it must mean something else in French. My French is abysmal and very rusty; never learned any slang.

The Kinks took the name not because of their hair, but because they had a kinky style of dressing. Kinky as in odd or strange. In current usage, Kinky as a sexual term is the most common so if someone sees a thread entitled Kinky Bob, they'll think it's probably going to be a very naughty thread.

And yes, the connexion 'Rimbaud/Dylan' seems to work, for instance - in poetry area.
