That's a great piece I think - made me smile, and with its own Dylan-riddles within, as it should be;

I recognize The Sword Swallower, The Judge (he holds a grudge), Cold Irons Bond (Ball&Chain guy) - I think, but who's the Dandy with the 1930's fancy car? And the Circus guy on the drum?
And what's with the small aeroplane?
