It's pretty slow right now.
One thing I noticed since the upgrade -
When it's slow, it still works but it takes a while. Before the upgrade it would time out and I'd get that "website not found" message.

hello karl eric

there was the 'website not found' notice at about 9 am here this morning.
i am 10 hours ahead of you in time.
that must have been when you were adding the extra RAM because it all seems okay now at 5pm.

the 'Last Visit' notice has been corrected also, it shows the right last time every time now.

also it is good to see that politics has its own section now.

Thanks for adding more memory and for giving politics it's own thread! :D Yay, for progress!

In posts, it appears regular text and web links are the same color. It would help if these were different colors I think.

I'm pleased to see Politics at as the last item in the list of forums topics. I'd be even happier to not see it there at all. It will be dominated by Obama said this Obama that. There's too much of that in other forums already.

Now if his Bobness decides to run for office, well that's different.

I find the upgrade almost unbearable to read.

I still find the font type used for section titles and thread titles hard to read. I can't just skim the list like with other more common fonts. There's something about the line thickness and spacing that makes certain letters run together. The font looks too narrow. Something more generic would be easier to read.

Also, the font in the posts looks kind of like the font used at the old "Dylan pool". Not a complaint.. just an observation.

Great job KE. You've really made this a nice place. One minor thing I just noticed. When a thread has more than one page and you want to go through it page by page didn't the page your on indicator number turn red?? Since the pages are quite long by the time I read the whole page(if I do) I can't remember what page I was on as the numbers are all the same color. Small thing but thought I'd mention it.

The number of pages you have already visited are now slightly dimmed. The number of the page you are currently viewing will always be the one that doesn't link anywhere, i.e. does not change when you point at it.

I haven't encountered any problems yet. It was really bad at 6am before but it was fine today.

May I ask if it is possible to allow slightly larger avatars? I mean, I really dig that they can no longer stretch out the whole page, but if they were a tad bit bigger, it would make deciphering them a bit easier

I haven't figured out how to post an Avatar yet, but it was great when they were bigger!

If I figured it out I think anyone could! It was actually easier before... it took me a while to figure out how to change it this time with the new updates and stuff.
