Tower Theater-Upper Darby, PA Oct. 28, 1994 11th row. I ended up on the stage(the left side in the wings) my first time seeing him.

Tropicana Resort Atlantic City, NJ-Nov. 18, 2000 At this how about 3 songs in a PA speaker blew up and you couldn't hear Bob's voice for the next THREE songs   But Bob didn't miss a beat. Very professional!! But frustrating

First Union Spectrum Phila. Nov. 17, 2001 Being right after 9/11 security was VERY tight. EVERYBODY got frisked!! This show was general admission. I thought that had been outlawed after The Who tradgedy. I ended up about 15 ft. from the stage. SWEET :D

11/12/2006 Boston, Massachusetts - Agganis Arena
6/26/2007 Florence, Massachusetts - Pines Theatre
9/29/2007 Kingston, Rhode Island - URI Ryan Center
10/5/2007 Manchester, New Hampshire - Verizon Wireless Arena

Florence was a wonderful venue and special because of meeting up with er friends.

Kingston - I saw Bob with my er buds clarx and BostonareaBobfan, so that was great, but security was "tough"- took clarx's camera and yelled at me for standing up front when bob came out.

Pawtucket- My first show and now I know so much better! It was GA and we found some good seats. I couldn't understand why people were on the field standing in front of the stage when there were 3 openers- "no way would I stand that long"- oh I hope I have another chance at a ballpark show!!!!

I loved it. I didn't get to go to the next night though so I didn't have them to compare. That was the best version of Don't Think Twice I've ever heard live. Despite the lyric flubs at the beginning.

Great idea !

Did see him in 90-91 at Hammersmith cant remamber the date bt he was awful!

3 of my shows since have been outstanding to my ears with the second night at wembley being ok apart from a disapointing setlist not that I hated any of the songs he performed but for me it was a bit lacklustre. Anyone with any thoughts on that night do they mimic mine?

so the dates I can remember

28th June 2006 Bournemouth International Centre
15th April 2007 Wembley Arena
16th April 2007 Wembley Arena
17th April 2007 Birmingham NIA

Was fun sharing them shows in 2007 with you Tom! I can still remember seeing Bob stay on the guitar at Birmingham when he shocked us all with Workingman Blues2! I just froze.

And you complain! Some people here *sob...sob...* are going to see Bob for the first time in their lives - OK, it's probably just me only  - cuz his feelings were hurt when he came to Russia in 85 and he wouldn't come over again till this summer - holy sh*t, it's been 23 years! My prayers have been finally heard, I guess.

It was really something--way before the Internet prepared me--in seeing him in his toreador outfit attacking "Subterranean Homesick Blues." Great show (check it out in the "rare recordings" section) Also, I was psyched to experience him rocking out "In the Garden." Awesome stuff--he gave a big wave to everyone and bowed after the encores, including "Everybody's Movin'"
He was also there the next year--July '89--on his "I'm just not gonna look up once" leg of the NET; not as good, but OK. Since I didn't have any tapes to be prepared, it took me two minutes to figure out it was "Most Likely You Go Your Way"to start off. Of course, I thought it was pretty cool.
July 27, 1991 Darien Lake, NY
Bob must not have had any whiskey in his pre-show ritual, but very rough voice and didn't look up once. "New Morning" as an opener had me stumped, but I finally got it--again, I thought it was pretty cool. The band played decent versions of "Man in the Long Black Coat" and "Wiggle Wiggle (I kid) and ...There was an older guy next to me who laughed and shook his head at the slow, weird version of "When I Paint My Masterpiece." I also remember a sea of pretty hippie girls spinning around to "Friend of the Devil." In the acoustic set, it appeared Tony was giving him instructions (or the words?) to "Don't Think Twice." He managed to get'em mostly right I think...Despite being a "bad" tour, everyone left happy. I also saw him in '92 twice (An awesome version of "Idiot Wind" woo!), '94 (Artpark, NY right after Woodstock--they rocked OUT) and '96 at Buff State college--a packed house of students loved him--he was ON. He marched around the stage like a king during his long harmonica solo to "the Times..."and the place went bananas John Jackson always looked like he was having the time of his life--fun stuff.
