The name of the Jim Flaherty's Caravan vocalist from Connecticut performing Real Gone Daddy is, according to His Bobness, Howie Strange.
He mentioned the name twice on that track.
I'll stick to this, since Bob can read. However I also found on several sources more often the spelling Howie Stange and once Howie Stang.
Details, I agree.

I'm pleased Bob dared to play on his sponsored Cadillac show Mr Thrill performed by Mildred Jones. I'm not an expert in engines , but I enjoyed this hot song of 1954.

TTRH #57 Head To Toe seems full of interesting musical discoveries.

I personally stick to TTRH 57 in order to have a simple and logical track on my Alphabetical Artists Index as from 03MAY06 and to follow the number of times artists uncle Bob gives them playtime.
So I obviously don't take repeats into account.
Hope this does not confuse you.

I have a few different dates here...my sources have Party Doll in 1957 (Billboard charts), Let's Have A Party charted in 1960, and Party Girl was recorded in 1979 by E. C. Not trying to trash your research - can anyone else confirm or deny these?

Okay. All Music says Party Girl was first released by EC on Armed Forces in '79, and Party Doll was first released by BK in '57. I'll update my previous post to reflect those dates. But also according to All Music, Let's Have A Party was first released by WJ in '58. It was re-released in '60, according to Wikipedia.

Inadvertently left that one off. It's been added.

The Arnett Cobb tune was recorded in 1947 and appears on Blows for 1300. Weird Nightmare was recorded in 1946, featuring the lead singer of the Treniers.
