Welcome to 2018 Rumors & Tour News

"The air is getting hotter, there's a rumblin' in the skies..."

So far, just some murmuring about possibly recording an album or video...not even sure from where.

BUT... the 2017 Fall Tour has been announced and we gotta suspect that Dylan, Inc. is already revving up the 2018 Search Engines for future Tours & venues.
Lotsa guesses as to where.

Gotta love the anticipation of a Bob Dylan Tour!!!

Seems 2017 is the third year running with just three legs? Wouldn't expect more than that in '18.

He said ages ago that he'd like to cut down on international touring. He certainly did in the last couple of years, skipping Europe for the first time in almost 30 years in 2016 and doing his EU tour this year in the less than frequently visited countries Spring slot.

Could this mean that Europe has joined the South America, Japan, Australia rotation and will get less visits in the future? Could it be that we will see three legs, one overseas in the Spring and then touring the US Summer and Fall? We'll see!

Maybe another early-ish Japan tour to follow suit of '14 and '16?

I think a tour of Singapore is warranted.

The first tickets for the Euro 2017 tour went for sale on 14 dec. 2016. Maybe he will tour Scandinavia, Northern Europe & UK next year to, based on the fact that he sold out or nearly sold out many of the venues in these countries?

I think we had some pretty good hunches in November and some announced 2017 Spring venues/dates by early Dec 2016.
Same thing with the 2016 Spring Japan dates the year before if I recall correctly, early Dec 2015.

Ticket sales for the German shows were a mess. If you been lucky, you'd be aware of the shows (ex Hannover, I think) just an hour before sales had begun. Otherwise it was too late for decent tickets, say up to row 5 or 6.

Front & center were exfvckingpensive pseudo-VIP seats anyway.

No disrespect but I have a feeling a show in Bordeaux could go the same way as Rouen - i.e. 'Due to unforeseen logistical problems this concert has been cancelled'.

Oh, no. Bordeaux is a town without logistical problems possible...
Plus we have a new Arena venue with a maximum of 11000 places and a parking around with 900 places  But we like walking

let the drip-feed begin, by Easter Sunday (two days before the first Rome concert) we should have all the dates

European spring tours normally start in Scandinavia, and do not occur in consecutive years, so these news are rather surprising indeed

Just ran across the article about this announcement in an Italian language Rolling Stone mag.
Nice to see this Euro Spring Tour under way already in Italy!
