Dylan reportedly recorded a song by this title with David Bromberg in 1992. Does anyone know if this would be the compemporary Christian song written by Dallas Holm (and performed live by Dylan around 1980) or rather a traditional spiritual song?

That's correct. I'm not sure if anything of that Bromberg session is out there. I love the live 1980 version with the band I heard thru one of these ER threads.
