I think it would be great if Bob came out drunk like a skunk of of these nights. At least you'd have something to write home about.

If he can keep the performance level up to the standard he hit in Luxembourg judging by the recording of that show then anyone present should be well satisfied.

Interesting comparison... THC certainly has the same "we play this for the first time" approach than NM has in 1991!

(hat Dich Düsseldorf irgendwie traumatisiert?)

No. But it certainly depends where you are in the venue these days. I was bored to death (in the upper seating section) in Düsseldorf and enjoyed Esch (GA) a lot. But still: we are on the way down compared to 2013-15. The piano attacks are weird - to say the least -, singing is getting more and more sloppy and "talking-style". The show was, however, still way better than anything he played 2007-2011.

That's some weird logic. Your opinion actually doesn't apply to anybody else's. Like, if I attend a show I dig I don't go around telling other people to go check it out too. They may hate it.

What I'm trying to say is I heard the Luxembourg show earlier this evening and it impressed me a lot. I'm recommending it on that basis.

I don't what's weird about that. The shows are very professional. If you like the songs/arrangements/etc. is another question. And even if you don't like them, you still have to admit that the performance is very professional. No disasters as in 91, no up-singing, no underrehearsed songs etc.

I think you missed my point somehow. I'm not arguing whether the shows are good or not. There's just a basic concept here that people don't think about. I would never say to someone "I like this and you should too."

Well, when it comes to music, "I like this and you could too" isn't such a bad attitude to have. Often more rewarding to read than "I don't like this" and certainly better than "I don't like this and you shouldn't either".

Good show. Very enthusiastic audience. Bob in a good mood, checking out the first few rows in the beginning.

Love Sick, Stormy Weather, h61 and especially Desolation Row highlights of the evening.

Bob in black with grey suit, band in blue

Good pay in blood tonight, powerful.
Band fantastic as always
