I miss the pre-show music! There was no Copland at either of the shows I saw, and none in Troutdale either. No pre-show music at all. I was kinda hoping to hear the infamous "somebody-reading-kerouac," but we didn't even get that. It's kind of eerie, all that pre-show silence.

There was actually another article, where he talks about hearing that into, perhaps it was from the next time BD came to town, not sure but I know I read it. I did some searching and couldn't find it, but I did find this exchange from: http://www.coveritlive.com/index2.php?o ... ee8&ipod=y

Did you ever hear anything from Bob Dylan or his people for using your uncredited article quote as his introduction at shows?

2:24 Jeff Miers: Yes, through a friend of a friend. the message was typically cryptic - something like "Bob knows you wrote that piece even though your name wasn't on it" and "no, he's not making fun of you."

ok, then. what can you say? i'm completely flattered and still find the whole experience to be surreal.

Surely will have to change it now, from "Poet Laureate" To "Nobel Laureate"

Never been a fan of the intro, I'm glad it's been scrapped for Stu's noodle
