Awesome, BF! For some reason the title of the event only makes me think of a good French country ale. Hope you find one there.

Suddenly all eyes will be on Bob this weekend. The Stones and The Who are just rock n roll bands. Bob is now a cornerstone of American literature.

In absence of known live set list reporters from the ER community, we should be able to get most of it live by Twitter. Looking forward to this one.

Are you volunteering to channel the Twitter ground feed? I'll tune in, if so!
Should be a good redhot flash of a show. Shirtless of course

It's a marvelous time. Dylan's playing in front of an enormous crowd (even bigger than his usual 18,000  !), is a nobel prize winner, and picked up a guitar last night.

I've only been a fan for a year and my mind is blown. You life-longers must be freaking out.

Many lifelongers have left the forum already...2011 was a tough year.
And Tempest had too many bad words for them.

But it is a historic night!

Just walked to the Bucks to get my first NYtimes in print since 2002 or so. 23 hours away from a full moon and the waxing gibbous is in full shine tonight.

Is the write-up worth getting?

2011 was a great year! I saw so many great shows. Gonna Charge My Way Of Thinking. I Dreamed I Saw St Augustine. Bob started doing his weird centre stage dances. Rocking Cold Irons Bound. Lots of lead guitar. I'd happily go back to 2011.

Edit: just realised you were referring to the million thread.

I would bet most of the performers will congratulate bob from the stage with maybe a few bob covers from a few of the acts. I hope the crowd respond well and are enthusiastic given they are now seeing a 'true legend' one above all the rest

I'll let you know after I read it. The photo is nice, the NY point of origin is nice,
and the vast juxtaposition with the rest of the day's news is sultry.

2011 was good in Europe. He was tired back in the States. Some fun moments though!
It was the closest I ever came to his personal space, when he reached out to sign a kid's harmonica in front of me.

Ahh, I didn't even realize that was the death of the millionaire thread year!

Was 2011 not the year of that great Can't Wait in Milan? And the oatmeal goatee beard!

2011 was the great Can't Wait! 2011 is an underrated year that I really enjoy. Much better than the year before it

All that was good. A good June and July. A tired August.
A prevelant Missippi was cool too, and a weird VOJ sung to the tune of JLAW in Evanston, IN.
I did not like the marionette dancing though.

Now now, 2010 was great too... Link Wray Rumble Rainy Day Women!

Anyhow, I'm sure Bob will top both those years tonight!

What ever happened to Lily Rose's "Songs that will NOT be played tonight" predictions? Did she give up?
