My dear ER,

I'd be grateful for your assistance in identifying the date and location of photo of our boy, please? - I'd personally plump for 1965ish, but location unknown. Maybe a Feinstein or Kramer effort?

It's a photo I've seen a fair number of times before and I'm finally getting around to printing and framing it today - though it's TBC if the wife will allow it to grace the wall in our humble abode.
