As an ex teacher and bookseller , I found generally authors have to work harder to make a children's book as children unlike adults will not put up with rubbish. We had "Forever Young" in the shop. It is a good book.

I've got the Blowin' in the Wind book, which comes with the CD of the song.

I think it's a really lovely book and the illustrations are great.

I'm at home today looking after our youngest son who's got a high temperature. I'm planning ti read " Forever young" with him. He liked it a lot when he was 6 might be just interesting enough for a sick 9 year old.

Well that worked;) Together we identified various famous people in one of the pictures and it seemed too weird for my son to be reading out names like Edie Sedgwick and D.A. Pennebaker. whilst I searched.
He got the Beatles and Robin hood (it was actually Einstein;))
Now what else are we going to do for the next two hours?
