From the Mother's Day show...

Man # 1: You look down. What's the matter?

Man # 2: I keep missing my mother in law and I don't know what to do.

Man # 1: Reload and try again.

At the conclusion of the show on Divorce, Bob says, "I'm gonna make like a divorce and split."

I'm new to TTRH, (and to ER) but one joke that made me laugh out loud was when he was talking about someone who referred to Lucinda Williams as the greatest songwriter in America (or something like that). Then he said, "I must have been out of town that week."

I love it when he makes references to himself .

Not so much a joke but an off-hand comment that in its context caught me off-guard and made me laugh... in the Jail episode Bob noted the most popular "last meal" for convicts sentenced to death is fried chicken and french fries. He said, "I guess no one worries about their cholesterol when they know their about to die."

... Oh my...

On my way to work this morning I almost hit a telephone operator. It was a close call.

I read a lot of books and I somehow doubt the historical veracity of this song (ie. "high on cocaine"!) Made me chuckle.

During the Coffee episode Bob quoted Jerry Irby as once having said, "I told my waiter my coffee tasted like mud." He said, "It should. It was ground this morning."
