yea gibson - paul was playing 200 miles away and had played porte alegre a couple years ago

Actually, Carolina mentioned it soon after the concert:

A facebook friend from Porto Alegre said that bob introduced his Band singing some "Hey Jude" verses!

Note: Paul Mccartney was around. He would play at Florianopolis (a city near Porto Alegre, if you consider how big Brasil is) on the next day

Yep.

Whilst on, and sorry to hijack this, but can anyone point me towards the show when Bob mistakenly sang a verse of one song inside another song?? I think it may have been TUIB and Simple Twist, but not sure. It may have also been TOTM.........There was a thread on this some time ago..but can't find it :(

Okay, I missed it.... :oops:

As for mixing up two different songs, check Thunder On The Mountain from Chatillon '08, contains a full verse of Summer Days.

^ If it hasn't already happened, it would be good to have a TUIB/Simple twist mix-up. The melodies are similar.

I think there were a few incidents involving Ain't Me Babe and another similar song, sometime in the '90s.
