Yes but Bilbao is very close from Bayonne.

This year's schedule doesn't work by logic.

Too close to play there the day before or the day after.

So... Cap Roig the 14th July. The evening of my brother's wedding. I guessed something like that one year ago when he announced he was going to marry in July.

But... it was necessary that Bob did the nearest ever show to my home (in 2006 I was living a little bit more far from Cap Roig), only 36 km from my home, just the day I can't go?

He probably is going to cross my village (where the wedding is being) to go there. So maybe I should call...

Thank You! 8)

I think Bob chosed that day because you said you didn't like that show in 2006. So he thought you wouldn't mind :)

Well, it's only a guess from me. I don't know anything. Maybe it will be another day, or another city.. Wait and see, it should be announced very soon.

Unless they have a fly-in show in the big gap. Sorry for bringing this up again, but going from Switzerland to Spain on the ground with nothing in between looks weird even in the context of THIS agenda and with Nimes, Lyon and Bayonne already scheduled, there's not a whole lot en route left. Cap Roig would have been an option, but despite repeated rumours of Spanish shows *before* FIB it's now after and the only other rumoured Spanish show would fit in at a later point, geographically speaking.

(This guessing game is definitely more fun than the setlists right now ;-))

Then he misunderstood me. I meant it wasn't among the 9 best I've seen. (I've seen 13 and it is probably the 10th or 11th). But it's always good to see him!

The worst of that show was the organisation for me. By Bob, an OK show.

At least I will see him the day after.

A phone or a postal adress makes You think it twice, but if there was an e-mail I'm sure I would be tempted to try.

The "show-off-show-off-show-off-show" pattern starting with Barolo isn´t quite typical either. Sure it´s huge distances partially but still they might add smth on one of the free days.
Probably really in the north of Spain as the French dates all have been announced at the same time more or less.

By the way. In 2006 the Cap Roig festival was ruled by Caixa de Girona, a local bank that one year ago has come to be part of La Caixa, a much imprtant bank that usually worked better with the organisation of events, so I guess this time will be more fair.

They could still fly to Spain from Switzerland. It's far, so two free days before the next show would not be unusual to move the gear by ground, even if Bob, band, etc take a plane.

oh, in 2006, the front rows tickets for the Cap Roig show were already 216€! Did we really pay that much?

Because on Bill pages, it's written that the tickets were from 55€ to 216€, so i figured the 216 were for the front row. But maybe it was for VIP seats.
Of course i can not find my ticket!!

Mine was about row 10 or 15, and I think I payed around 100€. My ticket must be somewhere too.

In fact, my mom has it for sure, as it ¡s signed by Enrique Bunbury, who we met there and talkes to him. (My mom told him "Primero, Bob Dylan. Después, Bunbury") He had been very nice to us.

It was 160€ in the blue seats, according to the seating chart I kept. The whole front block was that price, VIP was somewhere else entirely and was yet more expensive.
