I liked it they offered paypal.... at least the money will be gone immediately and not go towards the credit card bill. I just hope there will not be any problems with my paypal email address being different from the one I registered at ticketone....

They say they want young people to listen to Blowin' and other protest songs. Oh god they don't know who they called.

No, but the festival subtitle is "The Wind" or "In The Wind" or sth like that, so maybe it ties to that.

Yeah, buy they called him thinking he will play songs to "open young people mind" and make them fight for their rights, protest songs .

Where is this quote from, a newspaper, or ticketone? They always think that, everywhere. Maybe they don't even think it, it's just publicity. He goes around Europe every year, all the promoters and newspeople should know what he does.

He totally decided to appear at this festival because they named it after Blowin' In The Wind and explained to him why, not because they gave him money. Right-i-o.... 8)

do you think that the show will be like a festival concert or a regular concert?

If this is the town square were Bob will sing, it will be almost as nice as Zaragoza.

FYI Enrique Bunbury is from Zaragoza...

it is a lovely place besides that ... and of course besides the urine smell on lots of the streets when I was there... hopefully they have hosed down the sidewalks since 2001.

Well, the place Bob played was a sandy parking lot.

That Piazza looks grim! And compared to Piazza Signorelli in Cortona, it might as well be a parking lot!! I remember him playing "Stirling Castle" ~ that was the parking lot too.... I'm really pissed off that Cortona isn't happening.... Now Bob if you're reading this.....

Ok, this is what I gathered so far regarding this concert:

- only ticket holders will be allowed access to Barolo on July 16th
- free shuttle buses will leave from Bra and Alba from 17.30 on this day
- there will be free parking available

Now, does it mean those who are not driving will have to wait until 17.30 to take the free bus or is there any other way of reaching the village?
