Sounds great, I only live an hours drive away. Only drawback is I dont fancy going unless you can get a fairly good view of the main man.
Dont fancy viewing a speck in the distance ......... specially with my fading eyesight. What are the odds of getting reasonably close ?
Also need to persuade the Missus to spend a weekend in a tent.
What day is Bob performnig by the way?

Trev may well make this one, accompanied by one or other or both of his mighty nipples. It'd be sweet if Patti Smith was on on the same day as Dylan, in which case I sense a fabulous duet.
Speaking of beautiful couplings ... Remember Gibby - if you're camping, I'm in your tent! And Dean of Synaesthesia nightlymoth - you're in with us as well! And anyone else! Oh, what fun!

If a cheap flight can be found, I plan on meeting Mr. Matt and his falcon with a pair of bolt cutters out on the back 40.

You could just try and find two free tickets and hope the falcon will be allowed in as an under 12 year old?

That might not be as adventurous. Plus, the falcon already knows how to get in free.

I just thought that might be a teeny weeny bit more legal, but.... do you think Matt could train the falcon to pick up some tickets as they are handed out of the box office?

It might be possible, if it WERE a TRUE falcon, but now he is claiming that it is only a mere kestrel owned by a guy named Loach or something like that.

If I went I would ALL go, no point leaving some of myself behind I always say. But my left foot is reluctant.

I'll be leaving my big right toe behind, frankly I don't see how I will need it.

huh, thats where i stash my microphone! I'm the guy you see standing on his head pointing his foot at the stage at most Dylan gigs in the UK. If you don't need yours perhaps I could have it, I'd like to see Dylan right way up at least once! The digital recorder may be more, er, 'difficult'.... got any vaseline?

Eldest daughter lives in Tonbridge, near Paddock Wood, so we could easily go. Except for the expense.
But I don't think I could cope with the festival atmosphere. And how would you know what day and time Bob would be there?

Er, festivals tend to follow a schedule these days.
