I have no idea. If I were to guess, I would say maybe '06-'08? It looks like a magazine cover, but I don't even know where it came from.

I always look at the photos of Bob with that leather vest above and think how poorly it fits him. It would look even better if it fit him correctly. He's stuffed into it.

I was thinking the same thing; it looks so uncomfortable--almost like a too tight girdle! He must have felt good when he could unbutton the buttons and take a breath.
