Consider this an improper rumor: I've been told in the strictest of confidence that he will start each show with a song in the #1 slot.

It is very improper to suggest so, jman, when you know that the first song is always, always performed by Mr Santos.

He won't top Stra, but I wouldn't want to stop him from trying.

I don't care what he doesn't top, either.

I'm just saying why set limits when no one knows the future, unless you are some type of soothsayer?

I just want a version of the Blonde On Blonde I can listen to all the way through without wanting to rip off my ears...

I had to re-arrange the order a bit to make a concert of it, but I believe its workable.

I posted an "albums live" series list in Discuss Rare Recordings a bit back, maybe looking it up will inspire you to compile your own "Best of BOB on the NET".

I'd rather listen to the BoB vinyl, than hear him sing the entire thing live.

He's done them all on the NET, with one obvious exception. I got nothing against bringing I Want You back, or Sweet Marie, or even JLAW if he wants a little singalong.... and my name song, of course, but not the whole thing.

UP, try something like this:

Bob On Bob
27.06.2011, Odense – RDW
14.07.1996, Cottbus – Pledging
01.07.2010, Nantes – Visions Of Johanna
12.08.1997, Scranton – One Of Us
03.07.1996, Konstanz – I Want You
07.11.2005, Prague – Stuck
22.06.2011, Milano - PBH
24.06.2004, Barrowlands – JLAW
10.06.1989, The Hague – Most Likely
05.10.1997, London – Sweet Marie
13.04.1999, Santander - 4th Time Around
02.07.1995, Hamburg – 5 Believers
10/1975, Studio Instrumental Rentals – Sad-Eyed Lady

Yes, but without the guitar, center stage, as in 1995. Ohh, I can picture it.... :D

Simple Twist of Fate & Forever Young in their current arrangements. I hope he keeps these :)

I have a couple of Visions of Johanna performances that I like better and perhaps a couple of Stuck Inside Of Mobile performances as well... but this is pretty good. Thanks!

No no no; there is just no topping the current arrangement of "Simple Twist" and his voice is superb on the current "Forever Young."
