Did you get anyone to do the Cardiff live setlist? I'm useless with a phone and texting so can't promise anything great but could have a go if nobody else comes forward.

I don't believe I'm doing this!

Did you just happen to be there still from the Michale Jackson tribute show?

  I got my ticket before the Hammersmith run was announced! I'd rather the birthday extravaganza, I haven't ruled out London...it's just not the best timing for me. (Mr Dylan, dude, it's about time you started consulting me with your tour schedule...give me a call...yeah?)

Sad I've been to my only show this year. I hope all you Bobfans in Nottingham enjoy tonight as much as I enjoyed last night. Even MK was enjoyable in a waiting for Bob kind of way. Hope Bob is good form again. Four shows in four days the man has stamina

been reading a lot about the sheer volume difference in MK and BD's performances, on the one hand MK's performance being well balanced as a mix, but too quite, and on the other hand Bob's performance being too loud (as in, ear damaging loud) and badly mixed, badly mixed as the guitars had been mixed way too much in th background, and bob's voice and organ too loud for it's own good.
now i can NOT speak from my own experience on this, until oct. 19th. but i have read this both in newspaper reviews and fan reviews (both worlds)
so can anyone on here, that has been to one of the first 4 shows comment on the sound, volume and mix of both artists?
do not mix volume, sound and mix with quality of performance, that is a whole other, pointless discussion, either here or on a mk forum.

They need to turn Bobs organ down in general and his guitar even more so...

Yeah, don't you think it can have a lot do with where you are stood?

If you're right in front of the speakers, you'll definitely need earplugs at Bob's shows. Those who are reporting about the loudness of his shows, do they expect him to play acoustically?

pls reread, i explictily said "i cannot speak from my own experience (yet)"
but absolutely, a lot seemed to have depended on where exactly the various "commentators" were located in the venue, still those same people gave those statements about the 2 artists based on where they stood, and i suppose most of them did not walk around the whole auditorium,...

also now, listening to Schuberts Knopfler rec. i can hear (or at least i am assuming) he was standing WAY closer to the stage then Spot was in Dublin.
