Hello all - was after a bit of help

Decided to nip into town today to pick up the two disc edition of BS13.

Went to HMV - no sign of it, just the vinyl and box set.

Phoned up my local indie - no sign of the two disc edition on their system.

Anyone know why no one seems to have it? Or is it just a Dundee thing?

That's odd, in the past the 2 disc versions of the Bootleg Series releases always were the most common ones. At my local store (German Saturn chain) they had a lot of copies of the 2 disc version of Trouble No More and several copies of the deluxe and some of the vinyl.

Very strange - there may have been some delay or other in Scotland - seems weird though.

The guy in the indie didn't even realise there was a 2 disc option

When I went into HMV it was not in the Bob Dylan section, however it was in the "New and trending" section. Like an idiot, I bought it, even though I got the Deluxe set

Haha so did I, like an idiot. Actually, I want to put the other 6 cds in double cd
jewell cases so that they fit into my cd rack. The photos in the booklet (already
have the same photos in the deluxe book) can be used for my DIY covers.

UPDATE

I was going past HMV again today so decided to try again

Hey Presto! There it was - so looks like it did make it to Dundee - just somehow wasn't on display until Monday

You might have better luck finding a new copy of Slow Train Coming, seeing as it's still 1979 in Dundee.

Just kidding! I love Dundee. Had many great times there.
