I think Joni Mitchell made some comments about how they sang into the same microphone and he was stinking her out.

Look up the video of Never Let me go, a duet with Joan Baez. It looks like there's food caught between his teeth. And of course there's that dead tooth on the bottom. If nothing else stunk, that thing surely did. There must have been a big improvement when it came out. The dentist still has it in a little vial, once in a while he pops the lid and sniffs it. Wouldn't you? Of course you would.

Where's the dead tooth?

Aliens came to collect it and they took it with them home to their planet 540 571 light years away from here. Over there they adore dead teeth from our planet. Plus they like Bob's music too. They keep track.

It died in the mid 60's. Here you can see it clearly -

I'm OCD with dental hygiene. (the truth)

I'm amazed the women in Bob's life allowed him to keep that corpse of a tooth for so long. I'd have to search pics to see when he got it fixed, but my guess is around 1980.

There it is. There's another one by Barry Feinstein of bob walking down the street with his hair blowing backwards from 1966. You can't miss the forehead.

No way! That thing would have fallen out and he would have swallowed it by then.

Yep, my mistake, it was 2013

Doesn't change the baldness though

Well as all entertainers they all have to look their best and I guess Bob had some hair implants done, and I think he looks pretty darn good and his baldness doesn't show.

It's just the occasional bad dye jobs that freak me.

He's got a cute tuft in the center. Decades later it grew a tail. The dark area in the first pic to me is a plug or extension.

Bob: I'm no pig without a wig!

"Bob would swig from a bottle of alcohol like it was Coke. Then, in the mid-1990s, he stopped. ‘He stopped because of his kids.‘* The children couldn’t persuade Dad to give up cigarettes, though. ‘He lights up right in your face. He’s very rude, a very obnoxious guy.’ Victor was similarly disgusted by Dylan’s personal hygiene, alleging that the star routinely slept in his clothes and didn’t bathe too often. ‘[He] doesn’t take his clothes off when he goes to sleep [and] the guy doesn’t clean his teeth…He’ll smell like a x hog. Horrible breath."

I've heard that the bacteria from rotten dead teeth can cause hair follicles to die. This perhaps has led the way to Bob's wig collection.

Was still there in the mid-to-late 70's.

You could say he was attached to it.
