Isn't it my turn to make Dylan listen to me sing these crappy old songs?

Fair's fair, after all.

Firstly, the songs aren't 'crappy'. They are 'old' but sung correctly I have no issue with them. I really have no problem with BD churning out one disc load of them but enough is enough.

A friend gave me Triplicate for Christmas and I have to say I am enjoying it much more than I anticipated. The arrangements are pretty and the instrumentation is quite nice. It reminds me a lot (especially Disc 2) of Christmas In the Heart without Christmas.

I'm hoping the next release is orginal Bob material and I hope its soon but this was a nice addition to the catalog. Well played, well thought out, and well sung. A nice little treasure in his golden years.

I don't even know what the three different discs are titled - I'm that interested. They could have got 25 of the songs on to one disc and helped save the planet and reduce costs. The whole thing is just one big turkey dinner... and thanksgiving and Christmas are both now over so it's redundant on all fronts.
If this topic doesn't disappear rapidly someone will surely bring back the Why I didn't buy Triplicate topic? We wouldn't want that - or would we?

I don't usually comment on any triplicate because I know people round here are not so bedeviled by it and no, don't care to hear comments about not buying it again... Played t alot at first though No longer a compulsion, still a necessity to hear this gift from modern Bob,imo . Besides where would I be without free access to songs like 'guess I'll have to change my ways' and'imagination'?

Sadly, I have to concur with littlemaggie on this point.

Yep, disc one. I have really grown to love this album, against all my expectations. I feel sorry for those that are so dismissive of it.

I like listening to the whole thing in sequence! It's very hard to choose a favourite disc as I find them very evenly balanced, but I think Disc 1 is my favourite, because it has 'Once Upon a Time'.
