Watched today, best thing i've seen on TV in a long time. Loved they played his songs as backing throughout. I deleted from my skyplus box (as i tend to do once i watch things,) but tempted to check the deleted folder and give it another view. Very good indeed.

That was really lovely. There was clearly a Dylan fan involved. All sort of little references and quirks and everything was period correct. I found myself laughing throughout.

Thanks for posting that, it was great! I was expecting a terrible piss take, an unfunny caricature, but it was actually a sympathetic portrayal, funny and quite touching. I loved the way Dave gazes in affectionate wonder at Bob as he does that last thing asked of him.

I really enjoyed watching this. They didn't quite get Bob's look right imho, but I think all his lines made perfect sense. That's the way I imagine Bob to act in situations like these.

Kudos to Sky Arts for doing their research, that is a supposedly true story. When I saw the first post in this thread I thought that it'd be some ridiculous thing written by someone who had only once heard The Times They Are A Changing once. But this sounds like it might be quite well done.

I still won't watch it though.

Stick to your guns my friend, oh ....

It's available on several 'hint' Torrent sites but some people might prefer a quick HD download so I put the link above up.

Is there anywhere a non-brit can watch this... (without resorting to dubious torrents?) :)

The link I put above is not a Torrent, even a "non-brit" should be able to understand that.

Really enjoyed this, even if it's complete bollocks - if that happened in real life, Bob would have just sat there with his hoodie up, his shades on and said sweet f*ck all.

It reminded me of another story about Bob, which I think was true - it was somewhere in the USA in a town where he was giving a concert. He decided to have a walk around the town, looking at houses for sale. Someone reported him as suspicious, because of his hoodie, and a policewoman found him. Asked who he was. She didn't believe him at first.
There's a link somewhere on here (or am I imagining it?)
