Thanks for this.

1) He has a really cool name
2) he sings and plays superbly and with real soul
3) unlike many here, he totally gets that 'Simple Twist' is about a prostitute.

Props, big time.

Essentially, what needs to be done is to love the songs and not the so-called "man". I think this is what needs to happen if we're going to get behind the people who want to play Dylan's music. If we could just get past somehow needing his performance to justify the songs and instead listen to others "without prejudice" (George Michael), we're going to hear people loving the music and trying their best as musicians. Surely every Dylan fan would agree the more the songbook is promoted, the better. Once we're past the cynical idea of sacrilege or "destroying" the original, we can all share in the joy of Dylan's American songbook. There's just no doubt that a good hundred or so of his original songs are timeless and meant to be passed down from generation to generation for many generations to come.
Listen to a cover like you were hearing your buddy's band give it a go.

if anyone can translate the above into english - would be much appreciated

It's in English, but maybe it's hard to understand, admittedly.

I don't find that in the least bit hard to understand, and essentially I completely agree with it, with the caveat that except for a handful of exceptions I still prefer Dylan singing Dylan to anyone else - and given that in this modern age we have recordings, the songs can still be passed down - and in their best form too! But I bear no ill-will to people who cover Bob songs - and when they are truly adventurous about it, like Hungry Hoss, then I applaud it.

It's something I find interesting. I think more so than the quality of the covers, I'm expressing the communal breadth of Dylan-lovers with my little project on here.

This demonstrates how Dylan walked the tight rope and came out on top, not to mention the great instrumentals as opposed to this wallowing in your computer camera Italian version, which because its in Italian is supposed to make me feel the 'wow' Dylan is significant in other cultures factor. 'How cute'! Oh shite it's your communal breath, my sincere apologies.
I'm all for Dylan covers and all, if kept to an absoute minimum, so as not to make one feel too pissed off.
PS Slim Tim will translate all or part of my message if required.

Assuming a song is about a prostitute may say more about the person with that opinion than it does about the song.

I think part of the problem with covers is you've heard the Dylan original 5 million times so any other version pales in comparison. This woman here is amazing and like Dylan sometimes she forgets the words. :)

There's an endearing degree of respect shown for Bob's version of Born in time in Clapton's unshowy and slightly sombre interpretation on the 'August' LP.
