Remind me why we could possibly get an announcement in the next days ? Was the BS12 announced that early ?

I've got a feeling we won't have an announcement for a couple months. I'll bet you a virtual fiver.

Yeah, you're right It was announced September 25th 2015 for BS12. In comparison, BS10 was announced July 16th 2013, and BS11 August 26th 2014. So it might even be announced in October for this year. However, the release date is quite consistent since BS 11 with a release date in early November. So I'll wait for November anyway.

Which will officially be announced first?
Next Tour Leg?
Or BS13?

This has rapidly become my favorite Dylan video (mind you I´m way behind when it comes to vids). I love everything about it. The ferocious energy with which the band kicks in at the beggining, the shattering rhythm section, Dylan´s totally careless attitude, like he´s doing this on his lunch break, the whole band looking so neat in their suits and bow ties (mandatory, I guess), Kristofferson´s priceless expressions, like a kid on a candy store, the gospel backing vocals...

Wouldn´t cry too much if this is included in the gospel years BS release

I got the heart and you got the blood
We cut through iron and we cut through mud
Then came the warnin’ that was before the flood
That set everybody free

Any update on this? Was hoping some more news would've leaked out... even Hoffman forums have been quiet.

I think there's actually quite a bit of excitement for this. I, for one, am highly excited, and the anticipation is painful!

Got a feeling this will really boost the acclaim for the gospel era amongst critics. Especially if theres studio recordings of some of those 'lost' tracks

Aside from Official Bootleg Series 1-3, I think this has the greatest potential for anything of lasting substance. The Rolling Thunder (number 5) was nice but wore thin within a few months and I rarely listen to it anymore. Number 8 was very interesting but I rarely listen to anything except Tell Ol' Bill and Ring Them Bells. I haven't bothered myself with any of the others...

My greatest interest in this one is the hope that unreleased material will find its way onto the discs and hopefully some songs or arrangements previously unknown. It was a fantastically creative time in his career and it would be a blessing to be a recipient of this material.

You're crazy. Tell Tale Signs, Another Self Portrait, The Cutting Edge, Basement Tapes Complete? All stupendous, better than many of Bob's regular albums. I play them all the time.

I'll buy the Jesus box out of curiosity (and completionism), but I can't say I'm looking forward to it at all.

Highly looking forward to this box. My mind races with the possibilities of what could be included!

WHAAAAAAAAAA´?????!!!!!!
You have no time for Red river shore? Marchin´to the city? Cross the green mountain? Can´t escape from you? Or with those reworks of songs such as Can´t wait, Someday baby or Born in time, which totally wipe the floor with the standard versions? The 2 extra versions of Mississippi? Ain´t talking? Miss the Mississippi? Cocaine?

Don't forget that thundering version of High Water.
