It's big business.

I wonder how many people are on the Dylan, Inc. payroll?

And how many more indirectly make a living off Bob?

Bob Dylan already answered this question in an interview:

Bob Dylan: Um... how many?
Reporter: Yes. How many?
Bob Dylan: Uh, I think there's about uh, 136.
[People around him giggle. The reporter doesn't laugh]
Reporter: You say ABOUT 136, or you mean exactly 136?
Bob Dylan: Uh, it's either 136 or 142.

Man, I thought someone might know.
Don't make me go to Wikipedia.
There's strong financial reasons to keep the Bob train runnin.
I've tithed for years, and with great bennies!

Did you actually think your post on ER could alert someone in the know within Dylan inc who was willing to disclose (how many people are paid by Dylan) without any authorisation or trepidation about likely long term negative consequences to their career at Dylan inc where they earn nice bucks? I reckon you`re on to something:-)

No, I didn't expect Dylan, Inc. personnel, but folks around here are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to most things Bob.

Would an email to BobDylan.com perhaps help you also?

I'll put you through to Carol, Dennis, Covenant Woman, the P&O cruise, the goofy kid in duquesne video, Leo and Jessee. They all work in one office at Dylan inc.

Hold the line. It could be a while.

I remember a time when a man could get by on hard work, and the blood of the land under his feet.

It's not that way anymore.

Let's start with 6: the band members and Jeff Rosen. Who else would he need? Publicist? Tour manager? Accountant? Lawyer? Chef? Masseur? Astrologist? Voice Doctor? Bus Driver? Roadies? Guitar Tech? Advance Man?
