I was at that 2006 Rochester, MN ballpark show, too. Bob had his "if looks could kill" expression on when he showed off his fingernails and diamond studded rings, but was awfully cute doin' a little twirl and showing his jazz hands in the shadows. Taking his hat off at the end of the show and sprinkling the folks on the rail with pretend pixy dust was a nice touch, too. Perfect night under a perfect full moon.
So glad he is making a return to his home state after a long, dry spell.

Cinderella - great review of yes, a beautiful show! so funny you remember the jazz hands - are you K or C? where did those girls go?! yes you got bob's attitude perfect at that show too - beautiful simple twist too with that Neon sign on the old hotel a few blocks away too. I met a boy on J.Vaughan's crew later at the bar down the street downtown, swoon
i was on the rail left, teasing, punching the ER poster Nietzsche on the arm during Hwy61 while everyone on the rail danced -hope he is well too and can bring his wife and kids now too
and did you know of the successful marriage proposal that occurred during the show between songs? a little whoop of joy went up when she accepted, i heard only the commotion, but heard about it later
hope you can go again and bob's bus doesn't get stuck in the mud like it did the show before the 2006 one
