no, first I would clear my throat
then I would say

"Ladies and Gentlemen and the rest of you... unfortunately performing fully clothed, Bob Dylan."

I bet he'd get a big round of applause of appreciation

The only thing I know about Bob Dylan is that he is completely unpredictable so I would not dare to say fully clothed Milkcow...because then he just might go on stage stark naked?

exactly... that was the point... see I put unfortunately in front of that whole thing? I know what I'm talkin' about lol

There's an idea for his intro., using his own descriptions of himself:

"He's stark naked but he don't care!

stop there!

I have never understood the ethics in introducing the main performer and not the whole band in the beginning. Is there anybody in the audience who doesn´t know Bob Dylan will sing? On the other hand, there are many who cannot say the names of the band members. I think it is unpolite to let them wait to the end of the concert to be introduced.

And then the smoke gagged me, I got bronchitis ain’t nobody got time for that. Ladies and Gentlemen, Bob Barker."

That's good.

I would go with -

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I know a lot of you haven't been to church this year, but fear not - I bring thee God..........."
