I'm afraid there's more imagining to be done in convincing yourself a current Bob vocal is any good. But it's ok - if Bob wants to keep touring, he's gonna need fans like you. Soon, there'll just be two camps left: voice wreckage-denying fanboys/girls and legend-spotters (tick!). Oh, and Dire Straits/John Mellencamp fans. So three.

I'm pulling for New Pony... something completely unexpected. And given its Bob, it'll absolutely knock our socks off!

And at the end... he's going to flash Milkcow!

Who needs sleep when you can be waiting for Bob? :P
Though a recording will be needed in any case.

Rather than do this thing, he should write a new song for that new album he isn't working on.

Should be fun....and his vocals have had a rest. Although they were rested for the Grammys, and he sounded like he'd been on tour for 3 straight years. But I enjoyed the performance, anyway. I would've guessed Thin Man, as well, as he's got it down pat...but it's too mean spirited, and may sound like it's aimed at Scorsese.

He's done that to death live. More likely LARS...because of the title of the documentary. Or even Forever Young...because Scorsese is getting up in years.

Martin Scorsese Presents the Blues had Highway 61 Revisited, but along that line, Blind Willie McTell would be an inspired choice.

Well, we all knew Bennyboy's stance on this revelation before he even came in the door.

I think it's interesting that he's made television appearances in the early months of every year for the past 4, including this one.

he's also typically living at home that time of year...

Maybe a cover of 'Something' seeing as Scorsese's getting awarded for the Harrison film.

Cool I taped Dylan's performances off of The Last Waltz the other day, and I can't wait to see this.
