I am no expert when it comes to personnel on Bob tracks but when the liner notes to the best of the mono CD tell me who plays drums on the BIABH version of Tambourine Man I am thinking someone has got it slightly wrong. It's not the only strange one - did Gregg really play drums on BoB?

That said I bought the CD as a taster before buying the big box and it is wonderful - LARS is just like I remember it when I first heard it - big bold and well mixed. Dylan's voice is so much better focused too.

No Charlie MCoy credit either for Desolation Row. The liner notes are a clusterf*ck.

The credits on the Mono box period are dealt with at the end of this review of both boxes:

Don't have a scanner I'm afraid but other things that look wrong to me (maybe someone more knowledgable can confirm) include:

1) Positively Fourth Street with no drums or keyboard
2) I want you having the same personnel as Positively 4th street

I am guessing the personnel for Tamb Man got swapped for those for Positively 4th street and that it meant to say that I want you has the same personnel as Just Like a Woman.

Fine day in the Sony proof reading department.

So what makes you think they have one?
