I just wondered thus far which show would get the most support for the best show of the current tour. From what I've seen of the reviews I've read it looks like Madrid (last night) on the 28-03-2018 is streets ahead. I just wondered what you guys who have probably listened to loads thought? Based on o/all sound, set list and anything else which shows stand out and which can be classed as a bit of a turn off?

There are numerous others around here,
keyed-in with better ears and equipment.
So I’d listen to what they have to say first...

Since there has been no response yet,
IMHO, the Firenze SPOT take is really nice.
And Bob’s piano is pretty flowing throughout.
His voice is good too. It’s a silky smooth show.
Melts like butter.

Now I will duck out of the way
& yield to the Expert Audiophiles!

From the three I saw (two in Barcelona and the gig in Firenze), even the one I enjoyed the most was the second night in Barcelona (I felt possessed by his music), the best one was Firenze's. The sound was crystal clear, Bob was flowing like a damn river, with so much turns and nuances, and I'm glad to say that he looked like the one in the venue who had most fun of all.

Take for example the 'Honest with me' captures of Firenze vs Leipzig (sound regarding, I think they're the best captures, thanks so much Spot & Ronny!). In the one in Firenze Bob's voice merges completely with the music, he sings the song with so flow, while in Leipzig he seems more angry, hard, imposing himself over the music. I can't understand people who complain all the time about the static setlist when you can take captures of the same song taken just some days away one from the other and they (fortunately!) differ so much.

Mood regarding, I doubt anything can top Madrid #3! ^^

4-7-08 Florence Italy has absolutely stunning quality for an audience recording

Haven't heard Leizig yet, but will soon...

OK, just downloaded Leizig, Germany 4-18, MY GOD what a recording, bordering on soundboard quality!!

Two truly great recordings!

Yes, Firenze seems to be a frontrunner.

Nearly impossible to decide this question (at least for me)!
Verona, Jesolo, Firenze, Leipzig, Mantova are my actual top tapes.
But who knows, perhaps there is a better one still waiting to surface soon.
While the quality of the recording is constantly high, there are some slight ups and downs concerning the performances.
I think, a mix-tape made of the best sounding tapes would be the highlight (I must give in, I don't feel able to judge and to decide, which performance should find its place on such a mix-tape)

A couple legendary German tapers have not been heard from yet, only one RCM so far. Hopefully they didn’t stay home...

Of the ones I’ve heard, I’ll go with the Florence consensus I’m seeing. Terrific Dylan performance and SPOT at the top of his game. A keeper no matter what else appears.

You should listen to the other Italian shows too (again Spot, but also Romeo and Bach etc). Fantastic recordings, fantastic performances.
But of course you are right: There might be other tapes we don't know till now. And you can't listen to all shows, you neither have the time nor the nerve.
Just realized, that the Bielefeld tape of RCM sound wonderful too (unfortunately it's not complete).
But every new tape makes it harder to decide, which tape should be kept in store.

Verona is burning coal; it takes the title from the lyric stumbling Firenze for me.
