Found mention of it on Wikipedia (not the most reliable source, I know) Is it bogus? Anyone heard of this? Are there bootlegs out there of it? Sounds interesting:

"Much of 1982 was relatively quiet in terms of musical activity. An album of duets was recorded with his lover Clydie King at Gold Star Studios, but it would remain unreleased; at the time, Dylan explained "it doesn't fall into any category that [CBS] knows how to deal with."

I had read about it here: http://www.bjorner.com/82.htm. It could be a good Bootleg series then.

I love almost anything by Dylan but that really doesn't sound like "good" bootleg series material.

I've listened to her sing solo....she has a pretty voice. It was interesting to hear her phasing and intonation singing on her own.

A woman who claims to have been Bob's lover says that Bob was secretly married to Clydie King and has 2 children with her.

The woman who's name is Susan Ross says that Bob is the love of her life and that she knows him better than anybody in the world...oawww!!

It's just that I don't believe her.........

So what's the verdict on this? Do people think he recorded a full record or just 4 tracks?

Seems weird that none of them have been included in the Bootleg Series thus far. Might suggest that there's a whole set that will be released together. Or alternately it might suggest that they're just a few rough demos with no real value.

Aren't we about to get a Bootleg Series on the God Years, and wouldn't that be the logical place for these to turn up?

It was indeed from the Shot Of Love sessions, according to Olof's files (http://www.bjorner.com/DSN06131%20-%201 ... m#DSN06143).
The Clydie King session was in 1982 and nothing circulates from it (http://www.bjorner.com/DSN06890%20-%201 ... m#DSN06905)

Maybe it could be a good add-up for BS 13 but we won't hear a lot of Bob on it (the log says he didn't sing during that session).

That's a Dylan album some of my friends may have interest in. For some reason they don't care for his voice.

The Clydie King material may make a nice bonus for the Gospel era. Hoping to hear an official release date soon...

No, no. Clydie stuff means less Bob. For this release, I'm very greedy. I want as much Bob as possible.
