What are your coolest Bob Dylan collectables?

I got Bob's autograph on my ticket stub from 9/15/78 (along with Billy Cross and Ian Wallace).

For records, I have a Columbia promotional 45 of George Jackson acoustic on one side and big band on the flip.

Other singles include a Columbia 12" 45 I Want You (from Dylan and the Dead) b/w a Live Dead Man Dead Man from 1981 New Orleans, a 4 song EP gatefold from Real Live, Duquesne Whistle 45 b/w outtake Meet Me in the Morning, Dreamin' of You 45 b/w Live Down Along the Cove from Bonaroo Festival.

Whatcha Got?

I've never been much into collecting memorabilia. I do have a bunch of silver disc bootlegs, bootlegs from the CD guy that at least used to be in the parking lot of every show (always wondered if that guy was Spots sidekick??), and a handful of those promo CDs from the late 90's early 2000's, but not sure if that's what would be considered memorabilia.

.... One thing I do have that would definitely be considered memorabilia is 2 stickers that were handed to me at the last show of his run at the Orpheum Theater in Boston during 2005. One sticker is a bucket of chicken type theme with red, white & blue stripes, a clown holding a flag with the word "Pop", the words "fresh & crisp," "delicious", and a headshot of Bob wearing a crown. .... The other sticker is black & yellow color scheme with a picture of Bob in the middle saying, "warning: musician" on the top and "fragile: handle with care" on the bottom. ... Both stickers have the venue name & show dates on the sides.

I honestly didn't think or care much about those stickers at the time, but the Mrs. had the wherewithall to keep em and eventually place em on the corners of a store bought framed Dylan picture we've had in our living room for the past several years and have grown quite fond of em.

... I also have a fan taken picture of Bob playing the '04 Bonnaroo festival that was kindly sent to me by someone I met at a show & did a CD boot trade with. That's been on the fridge for awhile as well. Since I received it in fall '04 I believe. ... Actually had to check my refrigerator and it's still hanging there behind several of my 3yo daughter's daycare/preschool drawings collecting an embarrassingly amount of dust. ... Bob's looking stylish, yet overdressed for that very humidly hot southern summers day wearing shades, white buttoned dress shirt and black pants. ... Judging from the angle of the picture the person who took it got very close to the stage. ... Lucky. Twas a good one... minus the bass volume problems at the beginning.

I've got a pick somewhere. Also got a programme from the 1966 tour.

I've also got that George Jackson single, but it's barely worth $5.

The front cover of a notebook on which a friend had written "Fxxk Racism" and which Bob signed after my friend snuck backstage at the 1995 concert for the R & R hall of fame.

Quick, someone tell A.J. Weberman, Bob Dylan isn’t racist!

I like to collect rare Bob Dylan cds of the promotional variety. I've never spent more than $20 for an item so my collecting is fun but didn't break the bank so to speak.

Recently I acquired this promo cassette at an old dumpy record shop and I've never seen this before. It doesn't even come up at searchingforagem or google. It's neat if you're into that sort of stuff. I just created an entry for it on discogs.

Bob Dylan baseball card signed in person 2001 in State College before his show. I swear I'd go bankrupt before selling that.

Mono Blonde on Blonde LP with Claudia's C's pic in the gatefold. And somewhere a saved ticket stub from a concert, early 2000's, not signed or anything.

I have a autographed vinyl of HIGHWAY 61 REVISITED that was a gift from a girlfriend; before we met, she'd been a intern at The Washington Post and assisted with a Dylan interview........and managed to get four albums signed and her picture taken with Dylan.

I have bobs DNA. I was following bobs Australian tour last time round', I was staying at the intercontinental hotel in Sydney, so was bob and his band. I went outside for a smoke it was late, I saw Charlie a security guard and bob standing in this dark alley way all having a smoke. I wanted to join them but felt I was invading there privacy, I was very close to them. Bob was chomping on a cigar, Charlie and the security guard both had cigarettes going. I was spotted by the security guard bob buts his cigar and gets escorted down the lane way both disappeared out in the distance, Charlie stood there alone continuing to smoke his cigarette. I approached Charlie then Tony appeared a few seconds later. All of the band knows me, I met up with them at the Hilton hotel Melbourne during bobs previous Australian tour. The band members are very approachable and are all so polite, professional and gentlemen like. So we all stood there and had a chat. Charlie asked me something like what I thought of his performance and kinda like what was a stand out moment. I said well when you brought out your golden guitar the sound was fantastic and when the spot lights hit it it shined so brightly that there where moments when it blinded me. The following Knights show Charlie pulled out his golden guitar looked at me and started blinding me with it, He smiled every time the bright reflection blinded me as I covered me eyes. Anyway getting to the DNA part, when they left I saw bobs cigar still slightly burning he must have been in a big hurry when his security guard uchered him away because he didn't quite put his cigar out. I was alone at this point so I picked it up and had a few drags it still had at least three quarters left. I put it out and took it away, I still have it wrapped up in cling film. It's a coyabo green label cigar I think it's made by swan. I'm such a crazy fan I even have Charlie's cigaret he smoked his down to the but so I can't say what brand he smokes. Tony well he would have smoked about a third of his cigar put out and took it with him I guess to finish it of later. His looked like an expensive cigar, so yeh I have bobs DNA mixed with a little of mine.
