Don't know where you can find this, but probably thirty years ago I had a tape which contained the performance. It also had the New Haven soundcheck where he performed songs which never saw the light of day like "This Way, That Way" which has a gorgeous melody. I also heard a sound check performance of "Slow Train" from this era (late 78) which at the time was a cooking slow blues. Seem to remember a sound check tape of an Aussie (early 78) sound check which included "If Not For You" which I don't think he did before an audience on the whole tour.
