Post subject:  What does Dylan say in Royal Albert Hall?

Right before "One Too Many Mornings" in the electric set of the Royal Albert Hall bootleg, Dylan mutters for a while to quiet the audience down. It ends with "If you wouldn't clap so loud?" Can anyone decipher or find somewhere what he's saying? I can pick out the words "talking over somebody," and "it's all over town." it sounds like a weird chant.

I guess it 's supposed to be a weird chant. He wants people to try to decipher what he says so he just mumbles something. Of course the audience ,curious as people tend to be, stops clapping. When everybody is quiet , Bob delivers the puchline.

Many many years ago, when I was in elementary school, a teacher did the same trick to get us quiet. It worked in our classroom, too...
