I lived some years in Italy, I could catch a few words.
"23 paintings related to New Orleans. Most of them come from black-and-white films stills or photographs.
Then colored by Dylan, of course.
But four of them, in the last room of the exhibition, are Dylan's original b/w sketches, coloured as well; with a lightly different style though. The subjects are courtyards or spots of New Orleans he supposedly saw during his visits"

Will you be able to see R&C, JP? I've seen it, but it's not a great copy. That would be beyond fabulous!

No, it's the week after I go.... didn't know of this when I booked. Would love to see R&C and M&A on the big screen. But - no Hearts Of Fire? :?

I'll visit the exhibition in two weeks.

When are you going, JP?

20 - 22 February, so I'll definitely be at the exhibition on the Thursday and hopefully also Wednesday afternoon.

The painting "A Man Looks at Cuban Sugar" has been left out of the previews above, perhaps due to its explicit nature.

Looking at the press reports and the video this would be the list of paintings then (the titles are my descriptions, not the official titles):

Woman, tied up
Man with hat carrying woman
Woman between two men
Embrace/Deathbed
Man with two couples in background
Two female nudes
Cunnilingus
Boy reclining
Dancing couple/Man with mask
Priest with small child
Intercourse
Four black people
Black man and boy on sidewalk
Film team
Barbershop
Two people on bed
Topless dancer in front of drummer
Two men in café
Boy smoking cigarette

Courtyard with fountain
Interior with flower pots
Courtyard with staircase
Courtyard with large window

Wonder what it's called.

Perhaps "Muff Diving"

I repeat, I wanna see his porno stash

Oh no, I saw it above... It must be cunnilingus

Hm, none of the explicit stuff is surprising though... It matches his vibrant personality as of recently...

That being said.. I still wanna see his secret porn stash .... I've said this since the Asia series...

He's been painting these types of subjects at least since the eighties. It's nothing new.
