Sorry to say I'm still experiencing these problems, too. The only difference within the last few hours is that unlike before, the site now loads in part, but then never finishes. Don't know if that's of any help, but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm also experiencing intermittent problems connecting today.

I haven't been having any problems today - in fact, it seems faster than usual - and the search feature is always available now! I hope everyone else's problems can be resolved - we MUST have our ER!!

I haven't had trouble with the page since Saturday, everything seems fine now!

I can see the Word association thread just fine, and just posted a message there.

About the "Go to main page link": Here's the story:
The link attached to this phrase used to be there before we updated the phpbb software, and now it's not there.
I faintly remember that I made that link manually some years ago, but where in which file?
I have viewed the source code of the file we see in the browser, and see the phrase there.
But that file (index.php) refers to many other files, and it must be in one of these other files I need to insert the link.
I have downloaded many folders of discussion files to my hard drive, and performed a text search for "Go to main page" - with no findings. So right now I still don't know which file to edit.
This may take some time, but one day everything is going to be different!

there are now 2 pages , but where are the missing pages?

I see 1644 pages.
For us mods and admins there is an icon saying at least one post needs approval.
But when I go to approve posts, there are no posts that need to be approved.
