This option is available to you already. If there is a particular user you do not wish to read posts by, click the Profile button under his/her post, and then click Add foe. Now, every post this person makes will be hidden from you when you view topics. In its place you will see a single line, where you are able to choose to view the post anyway:

Quote:
This post was made by Xxxxx who is currently on your ignore list. Display this post.

A helpful feature I might add. It can sometimes speed up the process of reading threads by eliminating the posts of those who frequently post without contributing anything worthwhile.

You are exactly right, if you have someone marked to be ignored
and they say something you don't like
and you should be ignoring them
then how you would know that you should be ignoring them
if you were already ignoring them and didn't read it .....
h-m-m-m.... I think I will go ask thickboy,
I am sure he would know the answer to this one.... :?: :? :P

This response is uncalled for and reveals a complete lacjk of respect for Bob Dylan, the wonderful Never Ending Tour and me. Since I am little more than a humble servant fulfilling the will and wshes of the Almighty, I'll not take personal offense at this. However, in terms of the Never Ending Tour... well, my God be a merciful redeemer to you if you choose to repent from such wickedness.

to ignore or not want to read any poster on here shows disrepect , just because you do not see eye to eye with some one is no reeason to ignore or not read their posts.
