YES. I love the voice Bob has been using recently (~mid 70s) - it's classic Dylan! The band sounds fantastic!

A general comment on Bob's vocal delivery: One thing I've learned from Bob's recent string of traditional cover albums is the man delivers the vocal for his songs in whatever way he pleases. I love that about him! I think that's one of the things that makes him a great singer. I don't think his voice is "shot" at all - a claim that has been made by fans and critics over and over again - I think Bob sings his songs exactly how he wants to sing them.

Surely not.
Most of the years with a changing setlist were much more interesting.

But for me it's nearly impossible to compare apples with pears.
If you do it, perhaps most of the American songbook lovers may agree with the implicited answer to your question.
The others - at least me, as you see above - will contradict.

This assertion is laughable and preposterous. So many great legs...

It was a very good leg, but that might be a bit over the top. It certainly brought a jolt of excitement, and Dylan has really increased the rock quotient and with same high quality, committed vocals he's been bringing to the quieter stuff these last few years.
